Return & Exchange Policy
At Stitch & Crown, every product is carefully crafted to deliver the best fit and quality. As a made-to-order and tailored brand, we follow a strict return and exchange policy.
1. Exchange Eligibility (Size Issue Only)
We offer exchanges only in case of size mismatch.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

All original packaging must be intact
- No stains, marks, or damage
- No signs of regular wear or washing
2. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Eligible products will only be exchanged for the correct size.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items

Custom-tailored or made-to-measure products are not eligible for exchange

Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
4. Exchange Process

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your Order ID

Share your size issue details

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you with return instructions

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will dispatch the replacement size
5. Shipping Charges for Exchange

Customers may be required to pay a nominal reverse shipping fee

We will cover the cost of sending the replacement product
6. Important Note
We strongly recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing an order to avoid size issues.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
